There is scant information about what happened at an Arkansas nightclub early Saturday morning, when gunfire erupted after a reported dispute, injuring at least 17 people.

Little Rock police have no suspect in custody, but they stated on Twitter, “We do NOT believe this incident was an active shooter or terror related incident. It appears to have been a dispute at a concert.”

Police responded to an incident at the Power Ultra Lounge around 2:30 a.m. local time. According to Police Chief Kenton Buckner, the shooting appeared to have happened following “some sort of dispute [that] broke out between people inside.”

All 17 shooting victims, one as young as 16 years old, are reportedly alive.

A video taken just as the shooting began has been released. It captures a moment of chaos as a series of rapid-fire shots can be heard; people screaming in the background.

It’s been reported that some people were trampled as they tried to escape from the horrifying scene.
