Most lottery players spend their entire lives hoping to win that one lucky ticket. But somehow, Rosa Dominguez managed to win it twice in one week.

The first win happened when the nineteen-year-old was driving home from Arizona. She was feeling lucky so she decided to pull over at a gas station and buy a couple of scratch cards.

When she scratched off a $5 Power 5’s ticket she found she’d won the top prize of $555,555.

She said: “I was so nervous, I just wanted to cry.”

Only a few days after winning half a million dollars, Dominguez stopped at another gas station in Monterey County, California, and pushed her luck a bit further.

She purchased a $5 Lucky Fortune Scratcher and miraculously managed to win an additional $100,000.

Dominguez told the California Lottery she wants to go shopping and buy herself a new car. The teenage winner collected her winnings from the California Lottery East Bay District Office in Hayward, near San Francisco.
