Juan Manuel Razo Ramirez pled guilty March 14 to one count of rape, three counts of kidnapping, and two counts each of aggravated murder, attempted murder, attempted rape, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault.
The illegal alien from Mexico went on his crime-spree three weeks after President Obama’s instructed I.C.E. to release him into the general public, instead of deporting him.
Here are the crimes Razo committed:
July 27, OHIO: Razo takes his 14-year-old niece to a secluded area where he attempts to rape her, but she escapes.
Razo moves on. He break into a nearby home, opens a bottle of wine that he found while stealing ammo and a .22 caliber rifle. That’s when the 60-year-old female home owner walks in on Razo. That’s when he rapes and kills her with three gun shots to the head.
He goes on to commit more crimes.
Razo attempts to murder a mother walking in a park with her two young children.
Police capture Razo after a brief shootout. Over 50 local police officers, Ohio State Highway Patrol aircraft, K-9 units, SWAT teams, the FBI, and the U.S. Marshal’s Office — along with aircraft from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, plus armored vehicles.
Razo reportedly live illegally in Ohio for five years. But what hurts most is this…
U.S. border patrol agents refused to detain Razo after local police stopped him for a traffic violation, three weeks before the crime spree. Since he didn’t fit the profile of illegal aliens the Obama is willing to deport. Razo was set free.
Razo has agreed to be sentenced to life without parole, plus 107 years. Instead of deporting this killer at a cost of $10,500, it will now cost tax payers more than $2,000,000 if he lives more than 30 years in prison.
