ABC announces cancellation of popular hit show

With 8.1 million viewers, it was ABCs second most-watched comedy show this season, but the network has announced the curtain is closing on Last Man Standing.

The popular show lasted for six season, and still held high ratings, when most returning shows start to decline year to year. It was very popular with Heartland conservatives, as the leading character, Mike Baxter, played by Tim Allen, is a political conservative and a devout Christian.

“Last Man Standing” was second only behind “Modern Family” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Conservatives are not happy, and are taking to Twitter to voice their frustration. Many are accusing ABC of cancelling the sitcom because Tim Allen supported Donald Trump.
