Actress Betty Gilpin created so much backlash over her Independence Day message on Twitter that she has now removed the post.
Gilpin posted an image of herself Monday, in her character on the Netflix series “Glow,” giving the “finger” to Republicans, with the caption, “Liberty Bell wishing the GOP a happy 4th!”

The message was not appreciated by conservatives, and Gilpin has now taken it down. She then tweeted later, “That escalated quickly! I don’t like Trump, I love you, but if you don’t love me you totally don’t have2follow me.”
