Another Retailer Punishes Ivanka

Pinpointing “productivity” issues, Neiman Marcus became the second retailer in a span of days to drop a portion of Ivanka Trump’s fashion line from its stores.

On Thursday, Nordstrom announced they will no longer be selling Trump’s fashion line.

Today, the luxury department store Neiman Marcus decided it would cease its partnership with the first daughter’s jewelry accessories.

Neiman Marcus released a statement this morning in regards to dropping Ivanka Trump from its stores, saying:

“Neiman Marcus has a very small Ivanka Trump precious jewelry business which is comprised 100 percent of consigned merchandise (merchandise owned by the vendor). Based on productivity we continuously assess whether our brands are carried in stores, on our website, or both.”

The magazine Racked reports that it was notified by #GrabYourWallet, an anti-Trump group that noticed Ivanka Trump’s jewelry had disappeared from the Neiman Marcus website.
