After coming under fire from both Democrats and Republicans over her secret meeting with Bill Clinton, Attorney General Loretta Lynch takes just one step back on the Hillary Clinton investigation.
Lynch says she will not recuse herself from the case – but she will “defer” to the findings of FBI investigators to determine whether charges should be brought against Hillary Clinton.
“Determinations as to whether to charge any individual, as well as the findings of the investigation, will be made by career prosecutors and investigators who have been handling this matter since its inception,” a Justice Department official told Fox News.
Meanwhile, Bill O’Reilly interviewed ABC15 reporter Christopher Sign from Phoenix, who broke the story of the secret meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch.
Sign said his sources told him that the FBI on the tarmac was instructing everyone around, “no photos, no cell phones.”
Why, if the visit was only happenstance?
In summary… the FBI reportedly ordered no photos of the visit between the attorney general and Clinton… and the attorney general will defer to the FBI on whether to prosecute Hillary Clinton.
