A group calling themselves #DisruptJ20 has announced detailed plans on their intentions to launch an all-out onslaught of the inauguration events in Washington D.C. next week.
An audio recording has now been leaked from a Jan. 8 #DisruptJ20 meeting, revealing new details of the anti-Trump group’s plans to crash the inauguration, both on the day of the inauguration and the days before and after.
In the audio, a woman announces that they plan to “do everything we can to try and stop people from being able to access the inauguration.”
They’re planning a “pure dance party” at Mike Pence’s home on Jan. 18. “It’s his last few days living in Chevy Chase before he moves into the vice-presidential residence, and we’re going to send him off with a bang,” the woman claims.
They also said they plan to crash a “DeploraBall” planned by Trump supporters, which they call an “alt-right neo-Nazi party.”
Additionally, on the morning of the inauguration, the group announces they intend to create havoc and roadblocks at security checkpoints, roads, and transit stations leading into the city.
A march leaving from Logan Square is also planned, for which they admit they do not have a permit.
It’s all in the name of “freedom of speech,” they say and claim they are “setting a tone” for the next few years.
Below is the leaked audio from the meeting.
