In November 2016: 1574 illegal immigrants were nabbed crossing the U.S / Mexico border, PER DAY, and it’s becoming a rapidly growing trend that is overwhelming the U.S. Border Patrol.

This astronomical number is just another example of the massive push of illegal immigration into southwest U.S. and is the fifth month of insane amounts of illegals migrating here from Central America, Cuba, and Haiti.

The Border Patrol reported that at monthly total of 47,214 illegals were grabbed in November and 46,191 were caught in October, signaling a massive surge of illegals apprehended.

Of the 47,214 illegals caught last month, 7,406 were unaccompanied children and 15,573 were family unit members.

Border agents had to open two new temporary detention centers in Texas to handle the massive amounts of people streaming across the border. Each facility can hold up to 500 people at a time and detention centers built for between 31,000 and 34,000 are now holding 41,000 people.

150 border agents have been temporarily reassigned to areas in Texas to deal with the massive surges of illegal migration.

In a related story, according to the Washington Examiner, the Center for Immigration Studies reported that there are about 820,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records currently in this country and a shocking 84% of them, or 690,000, have felonies or serious misdemeanor crimes on their records. Some actually estimate the real number of criminal illegals at more like 2 million.

The Urban Institute argues the CIS statistics saying,

“Felony under immigration law can mean something different than under criminal law. Some of these estimated 690,000 have likely committed relatively minor crimes. For example, theft and simple battery are felonies under immigration law.”

However, Center for Immigration Studies blogger, David North rebutted with this;

“Those cheerful souls at UI were arguing against the concept that the number might be higher, and noted that some of the 820,000 “have likely committed relatively minor crimes.”

They missed the point, I guess, that an illegal alien with a shoplifting record, for example, is an illegal alien who does not belong here in the first place.”
