Tom Brady, arguably the NFL’s greatest star player, had his football jersey stolen from his locker on the night of the Super Bowl when his team, the New England Patriots, beat the Atlanta Falcons in what is considered by many as the greatest comeback of all time.
It has remained a mystery for nearly two months as to who took the jersey and where they took it. The mystery is now partially solved as the jersey has been located in Mexico.
A tweet from Houston police confirms the find: “Proud @houstonpolice Major Offenders Divison traced Brady Jersey to Mexico & it has been recovered with help of FBI & Mexican authorities.”
