BREAKING: 4 DEAD IN WASHINGTON STATE MALL SHOOTING — SHOOTER ON THE LOOSE

BURLINGTON, Wash. — At least four people were killed in a shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington Friday night, Washington State Patrol confirms. The shooter is not in custody.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Sgt. Mark Francis confirmed that the suspect left the scene before police arrived. He was last seen walking toward Interstate 5.

Sgt. Francis tweeted a description of the suspect. He is described as a Hispanic male wearing grey.

Police have closed all road-access mall entrances and streets surrounding the mall.

Reports of the shooting began coming in about 7:20 p.m. Workers and visitors at the mall were asked to shelter in place.

The Cascade Mall in Burlington is about 65 miles north of Seattle.
