GALLATIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Gallatin nursing home is being evacuated after multiple people tested positive for COVID-19.

NewsChannel 5 has learned 19 patients are being moved to Sumner Regional Hospital. Sumner County officials said many of these patients have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

The article goes on to state the following:

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing said earlier in the week a patient and an employee tested positive for the new coronavirus.

The report states that, in addition to the multitude of patients being evacuated, as many as 3 to 5 employees also tested positive for coronavirus, and about a dozen other employees are being tested after showing symptoms.
