London police captured a knife-wielding man Wednesday morning outside Buckingham Palace, just as Queen Elizabeth II passed by in a car as she was heading back to her royal residence, according to USA Today.

The Telegraph first reported the man was arrested on The Mall, as Britain still recovers from the deadly terror bombing in Manchester.

The Daily Mail, citing a Met Police spokesman, said the incident occurred about 10:40 a.m. No injuries were reported. Police took possession of the knife from the man.
