BREAKING: Blimp catches fire, crashes at U.S. Open (video)

The golf course has already claimed one casualty at the U.S. Open, and it wasn’t even playing in the tournament.

A blimp flying in the area surrounding Erin Hills Golf Club in Erin, Wisconsin crashed about a half mile from the course at roughly 11:15AM this morning. The pilot was injured and rushed to a nearby hospital. The blimp wasn’t affiliated with the tournament.
