BREAKING: Senate delays healthcare vote because of John McCain

As if the American people weren’t frustrated enough with the length of time it’s taking the GOP to get an ObamaCare repeal and replacement bill together, the GOP only made it worse on Saturday night by announcing another major setback.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced late Saturday night that the vote on the Senate’s ObamaCare repeal and replace bill would be delayed.

McConnell’s statement did not offer any insight into when a vote would be scheduled, but only that consideration of the Better Care Act would be delayed as a result of Senator John McCain’s surgery.  The senator from AZ is recovering from surgery he underwent Friday.

This is a developing story.  We will have more Sunday morning.
