Golf legend, Tiger Woods was arrested in Florida on Monday morning on a charge of drunk driving, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The 41-year-old professional golfer was arrested at approximately 3am local time.  The arrest happened at Military Trail, south of Indian Creek Parkway in the city of Jupiter, Florida.

The arrest record shows Tiger Woods, who is a full time resident of Jupiter Island, Florida, was booked by police at 7:18am and then released from jail on his own recognizance at 10:50am.

Woods, who has been nabbed for drinking and driving in the past, now faces a charge of driving with a blood alcohol level above Florida’s legal limit of .08.
