Those wishing to see where Trump’s boyhood took place can do so for however long they want… at just $725 a night.

The 1940 Tudor-style house in Queens is being offered on Airbnb for the exorbitant nightly fee and sleeps up to 20 guests. Furthermore, guests are treated to a giant cardboard cutout of the president upon entering the living room. The listing calls it “a great companion for watching Fox News late into the night.” But if you plan on smoking, partying, or bringing pets, it’s a no go.

Paramount Realty USA auctioned the house to an unidentified buyer in March for a hefty $2.14 million. Misha Hagani, a principal at Paramount, confirmed the listing’s authenticity to Newsday but says he isn’t allowed to disclose whether the house was placed on Airbnb by the property owner or a leaseholder.

The house was host to Trump’s early, pre-teen years. Trump called the Jamaica Estates neighborhood home when he attended Kew-Forest School from kindergarten through seventh grade. When his parents found out he’d been frequenting Manhattan without their permission, Trump was enrolled in the New York Military Academy.

Aside from the novelty of it, guests at Trump’s former home are getting their money’s worth. The Jamaica Estates area is pristine, characterized by million-dollar homes and a peaceful forest setting.

Jamaica Estates was created in 1907 by the Jamaica Estates Corporation, which developed the hilly terminal moraine’s 503 acres (2.04 km2) while preserving many of the trees that occupied the site. The company was founded by Ernestus Gulick and Felix Isman, both of Philadelphia.
