A donor who pledged $100 million to the Clinton Foundation will reportedly host one of former President Obama’s first speeches after leaving the White House.

On Thursday, Scottish billionaire Sir Tom Hunter’s charity organization, the Hunter Foundation, announced that on May 26, it will host a charity dinner in which guests will pay $6,200 per table to hear Mr. Obama speak.

Proceeds will be split between the financially-struggling Obama Foundation and the Hunter Foundation’s children’s charities.

In the fourth quarter of 2016, Hunter gave between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation and has pledged a further $100 million commitment to the foundation over 10 years to aid African farmers. This additional effort, called the Clinton Hunter Development Initiative, is part of the larger Clinton Foundation and was created in 2006.

A 2012 email released by WikiLeaks revealed that the Clinton Foundation’s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai, warned foundation leaders, such as John Podesta and Bruce Lindsey, that there were issues related to the Hunter Foundation in Rwanda, Africa.

Additionally, in 2012, “reputational issues” caused a top official in the Clinton Foundation to suggest the organization stop its work with the Hunter Foundation in Rwanda. Instead, a February 2015 news release announced the project had expanded, rather than ended.

The newly scheduled charity event will mark Obama’s first trip to Scotland, where he will address Scottish business leaders at a dinner in Edinburgh to the benefit of his foundation.

The Obama Foundation’s last available tax return to the IRS, a 2015 Form 990 report, showed its net assets had dropped from $3.4 million to $2.5 million.
