Clinton In Panic Over New Secret Service Tell-All Book

It is being reported that Hillary Clinton’s team went into “war mode” upon learning of a new tell-all book, “Crisis of Character,” about to hit the stores, written by former secret serviceman Gary Byrne, who served on the Clinton administration.

The Washington Examiner reports that officials on Clinton’s team have reached out to reporters and media friends asking if they can use their connections to get an advance copy of the book.   According to anonymous sources, the Clinton campaign is in full damage control mode over concerns of what the book will reveal.  Byrne worked very closely with the Clinton family during his years as a secret serviceman.   Now they are reportedly combing through public records trying to discredit him in order to offset harm the book might cause.

Preorders of “Crisis of Character” shot the book to No. 1 on Amazon’s best seller list for five straight days.  It is scheduled for release on June 28, and is being kept top secret until the release date.

On the Amazon pre-order page, part of the book description reads: “Having witnessed the personal and political dysfunction of the Clinton White House–so consumed by scandal and destroying their enemies, real and imagined–Byrne came to understand that, to the Clintons, governing was an afterthought. He now tells this story–before voters go to the polls–in the hopes that Clinton supporters will understand the real Hillary Clinton.”
