Hillary Clinton came out of hiding Tuesday to say she would’ve won the election if FBI Director James Comey’s letter and WikiLeaks hadn’t knocked her off course late in the campaign.

While speaking at an event hosted by Women for Women International, Clinton began by saying that she took “absolute personal responsibility” for her losing campaign, then went on to blame Comey for reopening an FBI investigation into her private email server in the final weeks leading up to the election.

She also attributed her loss to Russians who allegedly hacked DNC email accounts and gave the emails to WikiLeaks for publication, ultimately helping Trump to clinch the presidency.

“I was on the way to winning until the combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28 and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me, but got scared off,” Clinton said.

“And the evidence for that intervening event is, I think, compelling, persuasive. And so we overcame a lot. We overcame an enormous barrage of negativity, of false equivalency, and so much else.”

Clinton added: “If the election were on October 27, I’d be your president.”

The former Democratic presidential nominee said she plans to write a book about her experience as the 2016 Democratic nominee.

“I was the candidate. I was the person who was on the ballot and I am very aware of, you know, the challenges, the problems, the shortfalls that we had,” she said. “Again, I will write all this out for you.”

Clinton also claimed she does not plan to leave politics entirely. “I’m now back to being an activist citizen, and part of the resistance,” she said.

Later, she took a jab at Trump saying he should be less concerned about rehashing the results of the election and “and my winning the popular vote.”
