The weekly cable TV rankings report released Thursday by TV Newser was not good news for CNN.
According to the new report, which included the audience measurement for the period between June 26 to July 2, CNN has fallen to 13th place in the cable TV rankings, with an average daily audience of just 711,000 viewers.
Fox News holds the #1 spot, with an audience of 1.82 million viewers, while MSNBC is ranked #2 with 1.34 million viewers.
CNN has also slipped in number of households viewing the network. During the week ending June 4, an average of 1 percent of all households watched CNN, but that has fallen to just 0.8 percent in the new report.
Meanwhile, Fox News is viewed by 2.1 percent and MSNBC is viewed by 1.5 percent of households.
