College professor openly calls for violent overthrow of Trump’s America

Diablo Valley College professor Albert Ponce is the perfect example of what’s wrong with American colleges today.  Posing as an educator in the Political Science department of the Pleasant Hill, California, community college, Ponce subjects his students to anti-American, racist ideology in which he calls for a violent overthrow of the government. (See his lecture on white supremacy in the United States below.)

According to a report in the school’s newspaper, The Inquirer, Ponce grew up in a working poor, immigrant community of La Puente, California, and apparently never got over his perceived limits in life.

“Ponce’s drive to understand the inequalities of the world led him to Chiapas, Mexico in 1999 where he spent a couple of weeks with indigenous communities learning about their experiences resisting the North American Free Trade Agreement,” the article noted, quoting Ponce as saying, “This was a pivotal moment that compelled me to learn more and to see how I could make an impact by educating others about the inequitable world we exist in and work towards building a better one.”

Armed with a Ph.D. in political science from UCLA, Ponce is now teaching his students to hate America. According to a website that has students rate their college professors, Ponce received a long list of responses in which he is called everything from a “traitor who is rotting the minds of our youth with Marxist nonsense and is promoting hate” to a “socialist who hides behind a soft Ph.D.”

Many students call for the man to be fired and warn parents not to waste their money on “this so-called ‘school.'”

According to one of his colleagues, Frank Ortega, a professor of sociology at DVC, “Ponce is a role model for not just students but also for his colleagues because he always wants to understand the world in order to help others understand what is happening.”

“Facing one another can help you realize that you have a lot in common with the person who has an opposing view. I think this is especially important in a political science class with the current political climate,” said Daniel Marquez, 25, a political economy major who is taking Ponce’s introduction to political science class.

However, other students who have taken Ponce’s class are shocked at the level of hatred spewing from the so-called educator’s mouth. They contend that disagreeing with the professor will lead to getting sent to the dean.

“This man once told people that burning the flag was an act of liberation,” wrote one student. “His class discussions aren’t meaningful but rather just propaganda put into an echo chamber. Be Careful what Questions u ask. If it goes against Ponce’s Cultural Marxist beliefs then be prepared for him to threaten to send u to the dean. Find Someone else to take, please.”
