Last night, my family and I went out for dinner. Our waiter was originally from the UK. He is now a citizen of the United States.
He has lived in the US for 15 years, but returns to the UK to visit. I asked him about how bad he thought the UK was today. He said that the UK is a total mess run over by “Muslim people” who have migrated all throughout Europe.
He and I agreed that political correctness is everywhere, especially when it comes to protecting religious radicals. Case in point is a story this week from the UK.
“Muslim road rage driver who hadn’t eaten for 20 days during Ramadan has had his jail sentence cut,” from Express, November 20, 2017:
“A MUSLIM road-rage driver who sent five men flying “like skittles” after mowing them down in his van during Ramadan has had his prison sentence cut.
Luqman Aslam, 26, was involved in an altercation with the men before deliberately ploughing into them in a busy city centre.
Shocking footage of the dramatic incident shows several victims being hit by his van, with two ending up on the bonnet.”
Although no one was killed or seriously injured in the attack last year, he was jailed for five years and banned from driving for four-and-a-half years at Leicester Crown Court in June.
But the radical Muslim had his jail term cut to four years at London’s Appeal Court on Friday.
Judge Jeremy Carey claimed that Aslam had “used the car as a weapon.”
Express reports that the judge noted that there was “substantial mitigation” and that the driver had not received sufficient credit for his guilty pleas.
It was also claimed that Aslam was a “quiet” family man and had been fasting for 20 days at the time of the incident.
Why give this maniac a reduced sentence? Why put another radical on the streets?
When I asked the waiter if he sees the US heading in the same direction as the UK, he responded, “Yes. It scares me. There is nowhere left to go. It is a dangerous rash that will not stop.”
Political correctness is indeed a rash, and the waiter is correct… it is growing.
