A cool video of a biker jumping over a California freeway just went viral and also brought unwanted attention from law enforcement.
Kyle Katsandris posted an Instagram video showing a dirt bike flying over cars on the State Route 60 freeway in Moreno Valley.
The bike launched off a hill on the right side of the freeway and landed on the left side.
Local news station, CBS Los Angeles reported on Friday that the California Highway Patrol and Riverside County Sheriff’s Department are now looking into the video because of the fact that the incident could have turned dangerous had the biker crashed into the highway.
A person interviewed by the station said the motorcyclist was “becoming a threat to other people as well … not only to himself. It’s not only about his injuries, it’s about other people.”
Friends of Katsandris said he is highly skilled and that the stunt was not as dangerous as it appeared, but looked that way because it was performed over a freeway.
