A disabled Florida man drowning in a pond was found to be humorous to a group of teens who stood by and recorded his last breaths on video.
Jamel Dunn, 32, was seen screaming for help in the water as teens ridiculed him in the background and did nothing to aid the dying man.
In the disturbing video taken by the teens, you can hear one of them yell: “Get out [of] the water, you gonna die,” and “Ain’t nobody fixing to help you, you dumb (expletive).”
After Dunn was fully submerged under water, one of the teens casually said: “Oh, he just died.”
The teens who were between the ages of 14 and 16, then left the area without informing officials. To them, it appears to have been merely a good laugh.
Dunn’s badly decomposed body was discovered last Friday. His fiancée reported him missing after he didn’t come home on July 12.
The disturbing video was turned into police when a friend of Dunn’s saw it floating around social media. Apparently, the teens showed no remorse over the situation when questioned by authorities.
The Brevard County State Attorney’s Office stated the teens will probably not be charged because there isn’t enough sufficient evidence to show they were involved in the incident.
