DML Daily Letter to the President (17)

Dear Mr. President:
I am going to be blunt.  I really wish you would refrain from tweeting at 3 o’clock in the morning.  The early morning / late night tweets do very little to help make America great again.

We recently ran a poll asking our readers if they want you to stop tweeting. We offered three options:

1) I want the president to stop tweeting altogether
2) I want the president to tweet like he did when he was traveling abroad
3) I want the president to continue tweeting as he is now

Thousands of people responded. Sixty four percent (64%) want you to tweet like you did when traveling abroad last month. Eleven percent (11%) want you to stop tweeting altogether.

Based on our poll, seventy five percent (75%) of the people who voted for Trump / Pence are asking you not send the sort of tweets you did this morning at 3 a.m.

Today, my team started the production of a film called ‘Fighting For America.’  Our goal is to produce an amazing film that will combat the documentary being produced by Michael Moore.  His anti-Trump film is called Fahrenheit 11/9, and it’s set to launch later this year.

We asked our readers what they want the film to focus on.   We received thousands of responses.

One response came in from a man in Florida.  He wrote, ‘I fight for President Trump every day. People tell me I am crazy. They rip the president and me to shreds.  They often use his tweets as ammunition. It’s exhausting at times to fight for him like I do, but I do it because I love America and I want it to be great again.  I really wish he’d make my job easier by cutting out the nonsense tweets. I love the man, but he has to start loving me back.”

Sir, our film will be about the importance of your presidency, and what America would be like if you were given the support needed to get your agenda passed.  But it will also highlight how and why everyday people are fighting so hard for you.   Therefore, I ask you to remember us before you hit the “tweet” button.

You can watch a clip from the film below.  We hope to be finished sometime later this year.

Until tomorrow may God bless you, our troops, the American people, and these United States.

With respect and admiration,
