Dear Mr. President:
Most of my letters to you offer encouragement and praise. Some offer suggestions and ideas. A few offer constructive criticism. Today’s letter is unique in the sense it doesn’t come from me.
I receive thousands of comments and emails each day through social media and the DML website. Sometimes, I come across one that truly grabs my attention. Case in point, this morning I received an email from a man who shares the same first name as yours truly.
Dennis Nagan sent his email to me, and to Sean Hannity, hoping we’d pass it along to you. Mr. Nagan is a big supporter of yours, as seen in the photo attached. His letter is below:
I’ve been a supporter of yours as soon as you decided to run for president. I was thrilled when you won! When it comes to jobs and trade you’re proving to be very successful. However, I am very disappointed in a few areas I’d love for you to explain why you’re NOT being as successful. They are:
Dennis R. Nagan
—End of letter —Mr. President, with all due respect, I add to Mr. Nagan’s the list the following:
(A) Why haven’t you terminated Obama’s executive order granting amnesty (DACA)?
(B) Why haven’t you made moves to make e-verify mandatory?
Until tomorrow, may God bless you, our troops, the American people, and these United States.
