DML Daily Letter to the President (5)

Mr. President:
Today, you gave a commencement speech at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT.  I would bet my wallet that many of the graduates in the audience looked up to you standing on the podium and said to themselves, “I want to be him one day.”

Everyone knows how much you’ve accomplished in your life.  Fact is, few people have accomplished your level of success.   A man doesn’t get to where you are today without having to fight tooth and nail.  A man doesn’t get to your place in life by being crooked and dishonest.

Despite what the media says, you have accomplished a lot in the short time you’ve been president.  Jobs numbers are up, unemployment is down, border crossings are shrinking, and the deportations of criminals are accelerating.   There’s a lot more to list, but unfortunately the media never mentions any of it.  They want everyone to believe you are evil, crooked, and discombobulated.

Please do not allow the press to get under your skin or to derail your plans.

Use the attacks on your presidency to bring your team together.  Get them in a room and tell them how much you love them, and how you appreciate their hard work.  Tell them everything will be OK and that together you will all make America great again.

Look at the appointment of a special prosecutor as a chance to break free of the crazy narrative designed to take you down.

I see this as a chance to break out of this terrible bottleneck filled with fake news and nameless sources.  I’m excited for the investigation to get started.  I see this as the next opportunity to show the American people that the media is filled with a bunch of liars who don’t know what they don’t know.

Never forget what those WikiLeaks emails revealed about the press and how crooked they are.  Never forget how many people voted for you when the press said you had no chance to win.

Mr. President, please know that your supporters will continue to stand in your corner for as long as you are honest with us.  Take a breath and shed a smile today knowing you are not alone in this fight.

Yours truly,
Dennis Michael Lynch
