Democrat darling Beto O’Rourke from Texas may have been silenced by conservative voters in his bid for US Senate, but he’s actively using social media to draw attention to his distorted sense of liberal principles and open borders rhetoric.
With the unfortunate death of an illegal alien child making headlines this week, O’Rourke continues to draw attention to himself by calling for investigations into the girl’s passing.
Despite the 7-year-old’s father neglecting her well-being for days prior to her death taking place on US soil, O’Rourke is voicing his concerns about how the child was not cared for properly by US immigration officers.
It doesn’t take a brainiac to look around the country and see how the worst cities are those run by Democrats like O’Rourke. These radical Dems showcase more concern about foreigners who willingly and knowingly break our laws than they do US citizens.
Years ago when I was exploring a run for office, my wife Mary pointed out to me that Texas was home to more American children living without adequate levels of food than any state in the US. Where is O’Rourke when it comes to helping his own — where are the tweets about poor, struggling Texans?
I pointed this out to O’Rourke Sunday after reading his latest tweet that attempts to fuel the immigration debate in his favor.
Beto O’Rourke writes: “There are 1,300 kids ready to leave to live with sponsors who have already been identified. But these children remain at Tornillo each day because this administration has deliberately prolonged the process of releasing them.”
I responded: “If Democrats put half the energy they give to illegal alien children towards American kids, poverty might actually be solved. Texas has more hungry American kids than most states. Get your priorities in order, “Beto””
