DMLNewsApp founder Dennis Michael Lynch responded in outrage on Friday to the news that a federal judge dismissed a $250 million lawsuit filed by Kentucky high school student Nicholas Sandmann against the Washington Post.

The judge determined that the false allegations made by the Washington Post against Sandmann were protected by the First Amendment and were simply “opinion.”  Sandmann had been at the center of a viral video earlier this year, in which he was harassed by a Native American man, and was falsely accused of taunting the man.
