Today is July 31 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch. Below are my opinions on the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room, in my opinion. And don’t forget to download the free DML App from the Google Play or Apple App Store to remain connected to me throughout the day.
1. Hong Kong postpones elections by a year, citing coronavirus
The Associated Press reports: Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam announced Friday that the government will postpone highly anticipated legislative elections by one year, citing a worsening coronavirus outbreak in the semi-autonomous Chinese city.
The Hong Kong government is invoking an emergency ordinance in delaying the elections. Lam said the government has the support of the Chinese government in making the decision.
“The announcement I have to make today is the most difficult decision I’ve had to make in the past seven months,” Lam said at a news conference.
“We want to ensure fairness and public safety and health, and need to make sure the election is held in an open, fair and impartial manner. This decision is therefore essential,” she said.
DML: Is the BS thick here or what? LOL. The flu has never been more powerful.
2. Bill Clinton visited Jeffery Epstein’s private island, unsealed court documents suggest
Fox News reports: A trove of documents released late Thursday could shed light on Ghislaine Maxwell’s relationship with late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The data include records of a 2011 meeting between accuser Virginia Giuffre and her lawyers where she talked about the powerful people in Epstein’s orbit who she said either flew on his private Boeing 727 or stayed on his private island in the Caribbean. One of the names mentioned was that of former President Bill Clinton.
Maxwell’s lawyers had filed an emergency motion to stop the release of the new documents and have said the move would essentially eliminate any chance their client has at a fair trial. The lawyers said documents from a 2015 civil suit could “inappropriately influence potential witnesses or alleged victims.”

She had “done nothing wrong.”

DML: It wouldn’t matter if we had video showing Clinton having sex with a group of ten-year-old girls, he’ll never be held accountable. The chance to put this man in prison with his wife has been there in the past, but the power brokers from BOTH SIDES see to it that nothing happens. This is why you need me as your president. There are no photos, videos, or documents of me tied to Epstein and his posse, and there are no shocking skeletons in my closet that go past rolling through a stop sign. I find nothing attractive, legal, or fun about luring young women into doing something they shouldn’t be doing. In fact, if I ever become president God help the man who does such a thing.
3. Pelicans, Jazz and Lakers, Clippers lock arms and kneel during national anthem before NBA restart openers
USA Today reports: LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Before taking a shot, bouncing a ball or drawing up a play, the NBA’s players, coaches and referees performed another gesture that highlighted their aspirations go beyond resuming the season during the coronavirus pandemic.
All players and coaches with the New Orleans Pelicans and Utah Jazz wore “Black Lives Matter” shirts and locked arms while the NBA played a public service announcement about systemic racism. Then they all knelt during the national anthem to protest systemic racism ahead of their game Thursday at HP Field House at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex. The Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers performed the same gesture nearly two months after a white police officer killed George Floyd, an unarmed Black man by kneeling on him for just under nine minutes.
“The NBPA and the NBA and all the players just came to a consensus that kneeling was best – something we could do as a league and be unified,” Lakers forward Anthony Davis said. “We go out here and play – not for us, but for everything that’s going on around the world.”

“I respect our teams’ unified act of peaceful protest for social justice and under these unique circumstances will not enforce our long-standing rule requiring standing during the playing of our national anthem.”

DML: I believe ALL LIVES MATTER, and I believe sports should be sports and NOT a political statement. With this in mind, I say we praise the NHL.
I wonder if it’s time to change America’s national game https://t.co/9qeGsdXwj0

4. Prosecutor declines charges in Michael Brown case
Fox2Now reports: FERGUSON, Mo. – St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell has drawn the ire and frustration of protesters Thursday after declining to file charges against a Ferguson police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown nearly five years ago.
Bell appeared at a news conference to provide an update on his office’s review of the Michael Brown case. Bell, who unseated long-time prosecuting attorney Bob McCulloch in an August 2018 Democratic primary, campaigned on criminal justice reforms and, promised to reopen the investigation into Brown’s death prior to his inauguration.
At Thursday’s news briefing, Bell said his office conducted a five-month review of the case and believed it could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson committed murder or manslaughter under Missouri law.

DML: Michael Brown was a criminal who happened to be black. He’s just another thug who continued to break the law. I think it would be better for Black Lives Matter to shut down their nonsense protests and riots and pop in a few old VHS videos of Herman Cain. See how an African American can rise to the top without bitching and moaning about the police and the color of his skin.
5. Fauci to tell House panel ‘unclear’ how long pandemic lasts
The Associated Press reports: There’s no end in sight to the coronavirus pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci and other top government health experts will tell Congress on Friday.
“While it remains unclear how long the pandemic will last, COVID-19 activity will likely continue for some time,” Fauci, along with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention head Dr. Robert Redfield and Health and Human Services testing czar Adm. Brett Giroir say in prepared testimony for a special House panel investigating the pandemic.
At a time when early progress seems to have been lost and uncertainty clouds the nation’s path forward, Fauci, the government’s top infectious disease expert, is calling on lawmakers — and all other Americans — to go back to public health basics such as social distancing and wearing masks.
DML: The self-proclaimed guru, Dr. Fauci, can’t find his ass with both hands. He is really stupid! How stupid is he? If the World Health Organization told the little lab rat chaser that reports show alligators along the banks of the Amazon were tested positive for COVID-19, Fauci would respond by demanding Jeff Bezos (CEO of Amazon.com) wear a mask and gloves when sitting at his desk.
MY PARTING WORDS: Earlier this week the president was interviewed at the White House. He spoke about kids returning to school and boasted how the youngsters have strong immune systems. For him to say such a thing suggests that doctors have explained to him how important an immune system is today. Why don’t we hear more of this? Instead we are given a bunch of crazy rules based on nonsense data from self-proclaimed experts. Here’s some data from me: We’ve conducted 20,000 transactions in a year’s time at DMLcbd.com. I have not received ONE email from any customer stating their immune system failed to deliver when put to the test. Is that by chance, or has everyone lost my email? More importantly, I am running a MASSIVE special to help you prepare for the next few months. I use a full dropper of DML CBD POWER Tincture (3000mg) each morning and night, and I take between 3 to 5 pieces of DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS throughout the day. I love my CBD, and I have not been sick in 18-months. My wife uses DML CBD Softgels (900mg) in the morning, and DML Premium CBD Tinctures (1000mg) at night. She too uses the DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS throughout the day. She has not been in sick in nearly a year (since starting DML CBD). We both use Miracle Me CBD body oil every day to help fight off pain. With this in mind, starting today we are offering you a great special that will last throughout the month of August or until supplies run out. Read below for details…
Normally, on my website DMLcbd.com, you will find the DML CBD POWER Tinctures, DML CBD Softgels, and DML CBD Premium Tinctures offered in three ways. You can buy any one of those products in a single bottle, or you can save money per bottle by purchasing a 3-pack, or you can save even more money when buying them in 10-pack bulk. But starting today (July 31), and lasting all throughout August (or until supply runs out), if you buy any of the above mentioned items in any quantity (1 bottle, 3-pack, 10-bulk), we will match the quantity with FREE DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS and FREE MIRACLE ME MINI bottles. I explain below…

Thus, for example purposes lets say you ordered qty. 1 of the DML CBD POWER. In your box will be (1) , (1) DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS container, and (1) Miracle Me Mini.
3-Pack example. If you buy a 3-pack of any of the above listed products (DML POWER CBD, DML CBD Softgels, DML CBD Premium), added to your order for FREE will be 3 bottles of Miracle Me Mini and 3 containers of DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS. This saves you hundreds of dollars.
10-Bulk: If you buy 10 units (bulk) of any of the above listed products (DML POWER CBD, DML CBD Softgels, DML CBD Premium), added to your order for FREE will be 10 Miracle Me Mini bottles, and ten containers of DML CBD GUMMY CHEWS. This saves you nearly $1,000.

“Hi Team DML, I’m a 60 year old woman. My 82 year old mom lives with me. I’ve been taking your CBD since March 7, 2020. I have never felt better. My knees no longer hurt the next day after cycling for 34 miles. I also have not been sick once this year. Thank you!! Great job!!!”
