Today is July 25 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch. Below are my opinions on the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room, in my opinion. And don’t forget to download the free DML App from the Google Play or Apple App Store to remain connected to me throughout the day.
1. Fauci photographed with mask off at Nationals game
Fox News Reports reports: National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci said Friday that criticism of a photo in which he had his face mask partially down is “sort of mischievous.”
“I had my mask around my chin. I had taken it down. I was totally dehydrated and I was drinking water trying to rehydrate myself,” Fauci told “America’s Newsroom” host John Roberts. “And, by the way, I was negative COVID literally the day before.”
“So, I guess people want to make it a big event. I wear a mask all the time when I’m outside. To pull it down to take some sips of water and put it back up again — I guess if people want to make something about that they can,” he said. “But to me, I think that’s just mischievous, John.”

DML: I hate this man with a passion. He is more dangerous than Putin and Kim combined.
2. Three Federal Officers Likely Permanently Blinded By Portland Protesters
Forbes reports: The White House said Friday three federal agents have likely been permanently blinded by rioters pointing lasers “directly at their eyes” amid increasingly tense standoffs in Portland, Oregon, which have led to injuries on both sides.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany took aim at “so-called peaceful protesters” during a press briefing, listing the injuries to Department of Homeland Security agents deployed earlier this month to quell ongoing Black Lives Matter protests.
“A federal agent’s hand was impaled by planted nails, another federal agent was shot by a pellet gun leaving a wound deep to the bone and tragically three federal officers were likely left permanently blinded by the rioters,” said McEnany, who also accused protesters of barricading officers inside the courthouse and launching fireworks at them.
(Note: Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler’s office told Forbes it has no comment regarding the officers’ injuries.)

DML: I am so tired of this sh*t! End this BS now!
3. U.S. judge denied Oregon’s request to restrict federal agents’ actions
Thw Associated Press reports: Thousands of people gathered in Portland streets for another night of protests Friday, the same day a U.S. judge denied Oregon’s request to restrict federal agents’ actions when they arrest people during chaotic demonstrations that have roiled the city and pitted local officials against the Trump administration.
U.S. District Judge Michael Mosman said the state lacked standing to sue on behalf of protesters because the lawsuit was a “highly unusual one with a particular set of rules.”
Oregon was seeking a restraining order on behalf of its residents not for injuries that had already happened but to prevent injuries by federal officers in the future. That combination makes the standard for granting such a motion very narrow, and the state did not prove it had standing in the case, Mosman wrote.
(Note: A few hundred protesters — who were not all wearing masks — gathered near the fountain on Salmon Street Springs, “where groups meet before marching to the Hatfield Federal Courthouse and the federal agents there,” the AP reported. The group chanted, sang, and listened to speakers.)

DML: Judge or no judge, court or no court. Simply by means of looking at this from the point of view of normal vs abnormal, safe vs unsafe, America vs Third World, how is any of this OK? How can this crap be happening for months now? If I park the wrong way or roll thru a stop sign I get a ticket, but these people can just destroy property and harm people without prison time? I don’t get it.
4. Teen sentenced to life in prison for May 2019 school shooting
ABC News reports: A 17-year-old transgender teen who told investigators he launched a deadly school shooting in retaliation for being bullied over his gender identity has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
Alec McKinney was sentenced Friday following impassioned, emotional statements from nearly two dozen teachers, students and family members. McKinney and fellow student Devon Erickson, 19, were accused of opening fire at STEM School Highlands Ranch in a suburb south of Denver on May 7, 2019.
McKinney, who couldn’t face the death penalty because he was a minor at time of the shooting, spoke publicly for the first time since the incident, reading a roughly 22-minute statement in which he took responsibility and apologized to each of the victims.
“I killed their innocence,” he said. “I killed their ambitions. And I killed their sense of security. I not only physically killed people, I mentally killed people too. I don’t know how to describe the sorrow I feel when I think of the victims. The horror I caused is truly too much for anyone to bear.”
Alec McKinney’s statement “This is to anyone who is thinking about a school shooting: get help now. Don’t be a coward and hide behind a gun. Be brave and learn how to get help.”

DML: I hope this person rots away in prison and enjoys reading his future statements to the cockroaches living in his cell.
5. Hundreds of Texas bar owners pledge defiance to governor’s order
ABC News reports: Hundreds of Texas bar owners say they’ll defy Governor Greg Abbott’s mandate that ordered them closed after a surge in coronavirus cases.
Approximately 800 bar owners have promised to participate in an event organized by Fort Worth bar owner Chris Polone called the “Freedom Fest” where bar owners have pledged to open their doors in defiance of the governor’s orders which could place their state liquor licenses in jeopardy.
Abbott had previously allowed bars to reopen with restrictions but ordered them to close again on June 26 after the state experienced a resurgence of COVID-19 cases.

DML: Excellent! This is the difference needed. People need to push back, get pissed, take to the streets and demand this bullsh*t with this “spandemic” is put to an end. If social distancing and face masks worked, we’d have been out of this long ago.
MY PARTING WORDS: The forces that want you to be a robot are out in full force. They want to push their radical ways onto you. “You must wear this,” or “You’re job isn’t essential,” or “You can’t go to school,” or “You must not stand too close to the next person.” Will they force you to take a vaccine too? Will you let them? I say the forces can go to hell. I am my own person, you are your own person, we have rights and we cannot allow the forces to take those rights away. Don’t let it happen, be smart in everything you do. One of the great things about DML CBD is it helps curb anxiety. With less anxiety, you can become more balances. This makes things much easier to deal. DML CBD is great at boosting the immune system, yes, but you also need to feel more balanced. It’s a great product that offers multiple benefits.
