1 – Trump Files Suit in Wisconsin, Seeks to Forward Case to State Legislature
Epoch Times: President Donald Trump late Wednesday filed a lawsuit against election officials and leaders in Wisconsin, alleging “unlawful and unconstitutional” acts and asking the court to forward the matter to the state legislature.

The suit (pdf), filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Division, focuses on “unlawful and unconstitutional acts by Wisconsin public officials,” the Trump campaign said. Defendants in the suit include the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), the Mayors of Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Green Bay, and Racine, other election officials, Secretary of State Douglas La Follette and Gov. Tony Evers.

The suit is asking the court to declare a number of alleged “constitutional violations by defendants” and send the matter to the Wisconsin Legislature for appropriate relief pursuant to Article II, Section 1.2, ahead of the Electoral College vote.

“The U.S. Constitution makes the state legislature the final decision-makers on how to address constitutional violations involving a presidential election, and textually grants them the authority to select delegates to the Electoral College,” the Trump campaign added in announcing the suit.

2 – Powell Files Lawsuit for Arizona’s GOP Electors, Alleges Dominion Software Manipulation
Epoch Times: Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit in federal court on Dec. 2, alleging that at least 400,000 illegal ballots were counted in Arizona’s general election, and that Dominion Voting Systems software created security risks and statistical anomalies in the election results.

The 53-page complaint (pdf) filed by former federal prosecutor Powell, on behalf of the state’s 11 GOP electors and others, alleges software manipulation and other fraud in the state “as set forth in the affidavits of eyewitnesses and the voter data cited” that violates the U.S. Constitution and Arizona’s own election laws.

“The multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or fabrication, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots in the State of Arizona,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit alleges that Dominion Voting Systems violated election laws by having their machines connected to the internet. The case is supported by a redacted affidavit from a former electronic intelligence analyst, alleging that the voting system software was accessed by agents from China and Iran.

DML: I repeat…Fight until it’s over, and it ain’t over just yet.

3 – GOP, Democrats Allow Mike Lee’s Middle Class Replacement Bill to Pass Senate
Breitbart: Every Republican and Democratic senator has let Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) pass a bill through the Senate that will supercharge the outsourcing of the white-collar jobs needed by America’s professional class and its college-educated children.

The bill hits “doctors, accounting, insurance people, teachers, graphics designers, pharmacists … [denies] college students from ever having an opportunity to get meaningful jobs, it floods the market, draws down wages, and makes people dependent on big government,” said Jay Palmer, a civil-rights activist working against human trafficking and the corporate displacement of Americans.

Lee’s S.386 bill helps the Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley firms to annually trade green cards to 140,000 mid-skilled foreign workers in exchange for taking the starter jobs and routine jobs needed by U.S. graduates of all ages — especially as the country emerges from the coronavirus crash.

The bill is carefully designed to help the Fortune 500 companies reward their imported workforce of roughly 400,000 Indian workers who are waiting to get the green cards they expected in exchange for taking jobs from Americans years ago.

Under current rules, U.S. companies can only provide about 70,000 green cards to foreign workers per year, with a maximum of about 11,000 for Indian workers. But the Lee bill would bump that number up to a maximum of 140,000 cards, including perhaps 100,000 cards for Indians per year. The tenfold increase in green cards for Indians will allow U.S. companies to recruit and import more lower-wage graduates from India via the uncapped Occupational Practical Training (OPT) work permit program.

The jobs-for-India bill also supercharges the hidden green card economy. At least 500,000 additional lower-wage foreign graduates — mostly Indians — have taken mainstream while-collar jobs to help them compete for slots in employer-run H-1B program. Once in the H-1B program, the lower-wage workers compete to get sponsored green cards and then continue working for additional years until they get their green cards, and soon after, their citizenship.

Lee used a little-known “Unanimous Consent” process to pass the bill, without any hearings or floor debate.

4 – Biden-Linked Firm WestExec Scrubs China Work From Website
Free Beacon: The Washington, D.C., consulting firm cofounded by President-elect Joe Biden’s secretary of state nominee, Antony Blinken, has removed from its website details of its China-related business as the firm’s work has drawn scrutiny following Biden’s election victory.

As recently as late July, WestExec Advisors touted its work helping major American universities court donations in China without jeopardizing Pentagon-funded research grants. An archived version of the WestExec site states that “U.S. research universities” were among the company’s clients and that the consultancy worked with schools to “remain a trusted partner for DoD-sponsored research grants while expanding foreign research collaboration, accepting foreign donations, and welcoming foreign students in key STEM programs.” The company deleted references to such work from its website between July 26 and August 2, weeks before Biden accepted his nomination at the Democratic National Convention in late August.

The consultancy’s work is under the microscope because Biden has tapped, or is considering tapping, several of its principals and advisers who have thus far refused to disclose their clients or elaborate on the precise nature of their work.

Biden is eyeing Blinken’s WestExec cofounder, the former Pentagon official Michèle Flournoy, as a potential secretary of defense. His nominee to be the intelligence chief, Avril Haines, and incoming press secretary Jen Psaki have also done work for the firm.

Founded in 2017, WestExec boasted of deploying its deep government connections on behalf of its clients, pledging to bring “the situation room to the board room,” and promised first-hand knowledge and government access to clients. The firm has dabbled in an array of consulting work, some of which involves U.S. adversaries such as China and Russia.

5 – CNN boss, political director spiked Hunter Biden controversy, audiotapes reveal: ‘We’re not going with’ story
Fox News: Newly released recordings from the group Project Veritas reveal that CNN purposely avoided the Hunter Biden controversy that emerged in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential election.

Critics of CNN have long observed the network’s complete blackout of the bombshell reporting from The New York Post about the emails that allegedly came from Biden’s laptop, shedding light on his questionable foreign business dealings before and after his father, then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden, was in office as vice president.

However, recordings of CNN’s conference calls featuring the upper brass of the network finally confirm suspicions of the news organization’s concerted efforts to suppress the story that was damaging to the Biden campaign.

DML: I would be more interested in having secret tapes from Fox News meetings about Trump as I expect this sort of bias from CNN.  I bet Fox News tapes would sound very similar.
