Today is December 31 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch. Below are my opinions on the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room, in my opinion. 1 – Arizona attorney general sides with GOP lawmakers and asks judge to enforce subpoenas for access to voting machines
Washington Examiner reports: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is siding with Republican legislators who are requesting access to election materials in Maricopa County.

“Our filing today in the subpoena dispute between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the legislature details why the Arizona Legislature has constitutional authority to investigate the County’s administration of elections,” Brnovich tweeted.

The amicus curiae brief filed by Brnovich argues Maricopa County’s contention that the Legislature lacks the power to issue subpoenas is mistaken.

The announcement from Brnovich comes after a Maricopa County Superior Court judge dismissed the Arizona state Senate’s request to review voting machines and election records as part of a GOP-led audit of the county’s election results. In a ruling earlier on Wednesday, Judge Randall Warner said the litigants did not follow proper procedure in issuing their subpoenas but afforded them the opportunity to refile their case. If the case is not refiled, it will be dismissed on Feb. 1.

DML: If there’s nothing to hide, what’s the problem with the machines being examined?

2 – Tech team hacks into Georgia voting machine – PROOF they ARE connected to internet
While early voting was taking place in Georgia on Wednesday, an expert witness at a hearing on election fraud made a shocking announcement – his team had just managed to hack into a voting machine, proving the machines are indeed connected to the internet.

Digital ID systems inventor Jovan Pulitzer had shared a powerful analysis with the committee earlier in the hearing. He then came back to the podium later in the day and dropped a massive bombshell announcement – his team had just hacked into a Fulton County voting machine that was currently being used in the Georgia runoff.

Pulitzer said, “At this very moment, at a polling location in the county, not only do we have access through the devices to the poll pad, the system, but we are IN… and it’s not supposed to have Wi-Fi, and that’s not supposed to be able to happen.”

“So we’ve documented, now it’s communicating two ways, in real time, meaning it’s sending data and it’s receiving data. It should never happen, shouldn’t be Wi-Fi. That’s going on where everybody’s voting,” he added.

WATCH the bombshell announcement below:

Here’s another powerful testimony from Wednesday’s Georgia hearing, demonstrating a shocking “coincidence” of vote numbers for Trump and Biden in two separate counties.  WATCH:

DML: Well, well, well… this should be in HEADLINES EVERYWHERE!

3 – President Trump cutting Mar-A-Lago trip short, returning to White House on Thursday
Fox News reports: President Trump plans to return to the White House from Florida on Thursday — earlier than originally planned, according to a schedule released late Wednesday night.

The president’s early departure for Washington, D.C., comes as guests are set to attend the annual New Year’s Eve gala at Mar-a-Lago, at which Trump has made remarks for the previous three years of his presidency, according to The Hill.

“The President and First Lady will be leaving Florida for the White House tomorrow at 11:00 AM,” the schedule said, according to a tweet posted by Francesca Chambers, a reporter for McClatchy.

The president is scheduled to hold a rally in Georgia on Monday, for Republican senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, just one day before the Georgia runoff election.

DML: Good move!

4 – California Supreme Court Rules Nonviolent Sex Offenders Can Qualify for Early Parole
Fox News reports: California inmates convicted of nonviolent sex crimes may be eligible for early parole consideration as part of a ballot measure that nearly two-thirds of voters approved four years ago, the state’s Supreme Court recently ruled.

The 2016 initiative was never intended to cover sex offenders, former California Gov. Jerry Brown, who championed the effort, has said. But lower courts ruled that the plain language of the initiative means they cannot be excluded from consideration as nonviolent offenders, and the high court agreed on Monday.

“The initiative’s language provides no indication that the voters intended to allow the (Corrections) Department to create a wholesale exclusion from parole consideration based on an inmate’s sex offense convictions when the inmate was convicted of a nonviolent felony,” wrote Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye in the unanimous decision.

Under the ballot measure, officials can consider paroling inmates who have been convicted of nonviolent crimes after they have served their basic sentence and before they have completed their additional time for others factors, such as having previous criminal convictions or using a gun while committing the crime.

DML: Sometimes I don’t even know what to say anymore.

5 – New Mexico fines two megachurches $10K each over packed Christmas Eve services
The Hill reports: New Mexico officials fined two megachurches $10,000 each after they hosted packed Christmas Eve services last week.

Legacy Church and Calvary Church in Albuquerque, N.M., were shown in photos on the church’s Instagram accounts to have held services with large crowds of people, many of whom were not wearing masks, city station KOB 4 and ABC affiliate KOAT reported.

The packed services were held despite state restrictions instituted Dec. 15 that limit worship services to 25 percent capacity and require masks. Each violation amounted to a $5,000 fine.

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham condemned the churches, saying they violated “the state public health order and common sense.”

“These illegal and selfish gatherings will directly contribute to more suffering and illness in our state,” she added. “These church leaders should reflect on the danger they’ve unleashed in their communities.”

DML: Welcome to China.

6 – L.A. sheriff reports 235 arrests enforcing COVID-19 restrictions
Fox News reports: The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department made 235 arrests over the course of December in a targeted effort to enforce coronavirus restrictions as the region continues to see a dangerous surge in COVID-19 cases, officials said Wednesday.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva said his agency has targeted underground parties — also known as “super-spreader” events. As of Wednesday, sheriff’s deputies have also recovered several illegal firearms and rescued an “at-risk” juvenile, he said.

“I have made it clear that we will seek out and take law enforcement action against all “Super-Spreader” events occurring anywhere within Los Angeles County,” Villanueva said in a news release.

NOTE: Villanueva had previously declared he would tell his deputies NOT to enforce Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home order that has forced businesses to shutter all in-person dining.

  1. I found a new study that shows that people who are asymptomatic with covid are not contagious. Tried to post a link, but my post disappeared. Lol

  2. I am really really disappointed in what you posted on FB regarding the bill Mr. Trump signed and how you went on and on as to what you would do if you were president. You probably are just as strong in your personality as he has been. I ask myself just how successful you would be if you were president. But the most disappointed I am is your ranting about Maga. If I recall you did a video and went on and on regarding your thanks to Mr. Trump because if it wasn’t for him you would not have your business. So now make it Masa?? Which is it Lynch, you rode off his coattails too then by becoming successful then throwing him under the bus with your harsh criticism of him. I appreciate the fact that you have your own site to express your opinions and many are common sense. To someone like me who has a mind to think for myself, if I don’t agree with him, first, I won’t criticize him publicly as harshly as you did. You sounded like a liberal who doesn’t care what they say. This gives room for those who are not strong to begin to doubt. No matter, what you say I am in support of Mr. Trump; plus, he is the only one who can withstand all that has come against him; which right now I feel you did just that. You may not care what I say and delete me, or tell me to get off your page. I do care very much about my nation. However I don’t rely on your opinions to identify who I am. Nonetheless, I wish you prosperity and success in this new year.

  3. DML I have been following you since 2015 and have gotten many to listen to you as well. I have also took advantage of the cbd pills. I have enough now for 4 more months. I have been taking the cbd pills and no longer have knee pain.

  4. Great post Norma Jimenez. I share your feelings. Why throw the President under the bus on one issue. We have to keep remembering all he HAS ACCOMPLISED in spite of the radical left’s hate and vindictive attitudes. I believe he will prevail on January 20th. There are at least 20 lawmakers as of last night who have come forward to reject the electoral votes as they should and it would have taken only two. IMHO, President Trump will prevail. I have taken time to call Governor’s offices of WI MI AZ GA and demand evidence be heard and quit avoiding the truth. Biden did not win this election. He is a liar, a phony, and a treasonist hack. Trump Pence 2020.

  5. Don’t go to church, a restaurant, the gym, hair salon. Stay at home, sit on you couch and don’t forget to keep your mask on…..that is unless your a demorat politician , in which case you can do what ever the hell you want…….CAN ANYONE SAY COMMUNIST AMERICA.🤮

  6. I agree with all of you, especially regarding Our Greatest President Ever! He has done so much for our country and we the people! I love and support my President Trump and will stand by him, always! I believe he will be our President for the next 4 yrs! Happy New Year!

  7. Churches have no affiliation with the government, (religion was kicked out of schools and everywhere else) so how is it they can shut down churches and tell them what the can and cannot do. Isn’t it separation of church and states?
