President Trump gives The New York Times a hard time every chance he gets. But make no mistake, it’s a two-way street.

THE NY TIMES went out of its way Sunday to list all the problems the Trump team has encountered over the past 18-months.

In an article titled From Criminal Convictions to Ethical Lapses:
The Range of Misconduct in Trump’s Orbit,
the extremely liberal paper writes: “Since President Trump’s inauguration, numerous campaign and administration officials have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to crimes. Others were found to have violated federal ethics rules, or were forced to resign over security clearance issues. The criminal charges were all connected to the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III.”

The article then lists all the members of the Trump team and cabinet who have sun into some sort of trouble.

Michael Cohen
Paul Manafort
George Papadopoulos
Rick Gates
Michael T. Flynn
Scott Pruitt
Ben Carson
David J. Shulkin
Wilbur Ross
Dr. Brenda Fitzgerald
Tom Price
Nikki R. Haley
Rob Porter
Dan Scavino Jr.
Kellyanne Conway
John McEntee

The article provides bullet point descriptions explaining each of the ethics violations and criminal charges associated with each name.  The thing that jumps out at me is that I never recall seeing a single article about the Obama administration and the woes it had during the 8-years Obama spent in office.

The media is supposed to hold politicians accountable whether its readership likes it or not.  There is not a day that passes when I do not receive hate mail from people because I hold Trump to his promises made during the campaign.  I wish other outlets like The New York Times would do the same.  But then again, if they did such a thing, Obama would have never been elected in the first place, nor would he have gotten a second term.
