DML READER: TRUMP TWEETS is FIGHTING BACK

IF YOU WANT TO SEND ME A LETTER ABOUT THE TWEETS, GOOD OR BAD, DO SO BY USING THE SUBMIT NEWS TAB at the TOP of WEBSITE.  I WILL BE POSTING THE LETTERS THROUGHOUT THE 4TH of JULY HOLIDAY.

This one is from Kathleen M.:

Yeah.  I don’t like the fights with the liberal left, either.  But this is how I view it; if you are wading in the swamp to find the drain plugs, you are going to come out dirty.  He’s fighting fire with fire.  Never in my life have I seen such a vitriolic attempt to thwart the will of the electorate and take down a democratically-elected President. It’s treason! The butt-hurt, liberal left has done everything in their power to silence conservatives and destroy this President.  They are scared to death he will actually succeed and put an end to their lucrative corruption.

Journalism has been dead in America for at about a decade now.  Gone are the days of following the facts to report a story.  It has now become a false narrative in search of anything that will support it; even if the information is from unverified and unnamed sources.  There is something to be said for taking the “high road” but I honestly believe anyone who does that in the current environment, would be eaten alive.  He’s keeping every promise he made on the campaign trail and draining the swamp is an ugly business of which I believe only someone with the brashness of Trump could accomplish.

I can look past the tweets as long as his strategy works in the end and he gets his agenda through, cleans up the fourth estate, propaganda-ratings-driven media, and restores integrity to our governmental processes.
