Each day I receive emails from our readers. Today, I respond to three of them.

If you’d like to send me an email, please do so by using the Submit News button on the DML website.

FROM JACKIE:
I took your poll today about the worst possible liberal president for 2020 and picked Dwayne Johnson.  I think he has the greatest chance to win because our country is so dumb at this point, it will elect a movie star with no business or political experience. Had he not been on the list I would have picked Zuckerberg.

DML: I picked Zuck because his Facebook data, and his ability to kill a message from someone like myself, is so very powerful once he is in office.

FROM CRAIG:
So this bullsh_t that they’re selling in the news that in Texas and other states they can’t find workers or laborers… This builder Stan Marek, a construction company owner, is saying he can’t find labor or workers because of Mexico’s economy and Trump’s immigration stoppage. That’s bullcrap.  He and other owners — like farm owners — can’t find labor that they can pay pennies to is more like it. The construction company owner is non-union and non-union pays nothing, and non-union job sites are death traps. That’s the reason. Farmers can’t afford to pay because they produce is worth nothing on the market because it’s flooded with Mexican fruit and vegetables and from other countries which are air freighted in. I wish the news would report accurately, it’s so frustrating.

DML: You must be referring to the news reports that are in reaction to the president’s new bill on immigration. There is another reason it could be hard to find workers.

During the Obama presidency, American contractors were forced out of their jobs because it was impossible to compete. The harder it got, the more guys left the trade and went into other fields of work. But here’s adding insult to injury…

I met one guy during the making of my immigration films who said he had left the homebuilding industry because he couldn’t compete with “Latino workers who spoke Spanish and worked for peanuts to put in windows and dormers.” So, he sold all his tools and used the money to enroll in a “coding class.” He figured no way he could ever be replaced as a “tech guy” who built websites and phones apps by illegal aliens who don’t speak English. Well, he couldn’t find a tech job for reasonable money because all the people being hired were foreigners from India.

FROM SHARON:
DML…I look forward to your news updates, as I have come to rely on you for truthful news. When I read your message today, about your test showing no cancer, I thought….this is the best news that DML has ever sent. I have prayed for you and your family daily and will continue to pray that doctors can determine what is causing your issues and then, for a speedy recovery. You have become a very important part of our lives. I am so happy to be a part of the DML family!! God bless you and your beautiful family. Take good care….Sharon Wood

DML: You and so many others give me goose bumps with all the love and support. I won’t lie, I went into yesterday’s procedure convinced I had cancer. When I was told I did not, I was floored. I still have much work to do to get better, but not having the BIG C is a big weight taken off my shoulders.

I cannot say thank you enough to all the people who prayed for me and the Lynch mob. Thank you!!!
