DML: I Respond to 4 Interesting Emails You Sent Me

Each day, I receive an influx of messages from our readers. Today, I respond to four of them. Plus, I’ve posted some of your photos below.

I was asked how we should pray about the Church massacre in TX. My response:
First and foremost we pray for the victims who survived and families and friends of those killed.
Second, we thank God for two citizens who intervened so the shooter was stopped and did not get away with killing even more. (There is another church just a short distance away.) Then we pray for our nation so compassionate words will prevail over hate speech. Remember that this very type of persecution (shooting up churches) has been going on for years in Africa by Radical Islamic groups like Bock Haran. The only difference is the location and the color of their skin. And yes we grieve with those who grieve.

DML: Thanks for sharing.

I took your poll. The Democrats make me sick when it comes to gun control.

DML: Thanks for taking the poll.

I am getting tired of these dems and libs idiots wanting gun control. A law abiding citizen stopped the Texas shooter. The shooter got the guns illegally. STOP GUN RUNNERS.  If it was not for the good citizen with his gun it could have been worse. I live in Texas. Idiot politicians please let people grieve before you bring up gun control. It has not even been 24 hrs yet. GOD WILL GET THEM THROUGH THIS HARD TIME. I AM PRAYING FOR THE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF THE CHURCH MEMBERS. Idiot politicians, prayers do work. Don’t ever say prayers are not enough. I WANT TO THINK THE GOOD CITIZEN WHO TOOK DOWN THE KILLER. PRAYING FOR EVERYONE ONE THERE!!!!!!!!

DML: People get killed in gun battles every day in Chicago, I never see a tweet from Obama and company. I wonder why? According to our poll Monday, people are tired of the Democrats using killings to push for controls.

DML, You sure have a lot to discuss. I’m passionate about what’s going on so I hope I don’t hurt anyone by my comments especially you DML. I respect you and your opinion a great deal.

Since the Las Vegas shooting, which we don’t know the cause, we have had a terrorist attack where a man ran over and killed 20 people and hurt 11. Then there was an attack at a Walmart killing 3.  Then a week later there was another man who walks into a Church of God, which should be a sacred time to worship God…. he walks in with a loaded gun caring less why these people were there to worship God…. Some come to ask God into their hearts for the first time.  They didn’t wake up thinking, “ok let’s go to God’s house to be killed today.”

God’s house is to be a safe place to go to talk to Him any time, especially on Sunday morning.  My heart goes out to these fathers, brother, sons, mothers, sisters, daughters and grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Stop for just a second. That could have been anyone of us. America has changed it isn’t the same.  I remember the day when you didn’t need to lock your front door or car door. Your kids would play at your neighbor’s house and you didn’t worry about them. But it’s not that way anymore, and I’m afraid we will never get that back.

Dennis, what has happened to the friendly America we once knew growing up. Will all these killing every stop?  Will we get our scared churches back?  I understand you may not have the answers but for a church goer, it scares me. Thanks, Ronda

DML: I will speak about this at length today during “The Truth,” which airs at 11 a.m. EDT on
