DML: I Respond to 3 Interesting Emails You Sent Me

Each day, I receive thousands of messages and emails. Below are several of them from the past 24 hours, and the response I’ve given to each. NOTE: I do not include the last name of the sender unless they explicitly request that I do so.

From Joe:
Mr. Lynch, my concerns are growing when it comes to President Trump and his lack of effort to stop illegal immigrants from working here.  Although I see the deportation task forces gearing up, and I love hearing AG Sessions talking tough about cracking down on sanctuary cities and gang violence, I don’t see a single thing being done about stopping illegals from obtaining jobs in the U.S.   You and I know the greatest way to stop the illegal immigration problem is by cutting off the jobs.  Why is the president ignoring this issue?

DML: Joe, at some point, the president will have to address ALL the promises he made concerning illegal immigration. Like you, I don’t understand why it is taking so long — the fixes are rather simple. For starters, he could write a one-page order to undo the DACA program put in place by Obama. But he has not. He could write several orders concerning jobs, but he has not. I have my theories as to why this is, but at this point, it’s conjecture on my part, and so, to be fair to him and you, I will keep them tabled. I say we give it until July 1. If by then DACA is still in place, and if the ability for illegal aliens to grab work freely is not addressed, then I will start coming down hard. Until then, I hope the president is working behind the scenes on attacking these issues. My faith remains in place.

From Sarah G.:
Do you think the USA has something to do with all the failed missile tests in North Korea?  Reports are we’ve hacked their systems.

DML: Yes, I do.

From Anne:
I am tired of people giving you a hard time for reporting the truth.  I wish I could be face to face with some of these terrible people who post such disrespectful comments.

You are the best host I’ve ever watched and I am 74 years old.  You are entertaining, passionate, knowledgable, and handsome.  You should be taking over for Bill O’Reilly.  Fox News would experience the highest ratings in their entire history.  Keep up the good work. You make our family proud here in Texas.

DML: You made my day. Change that, you made my week!
