DML: I Respond to 3 Interesting Emails You Sent Me

Each day, I receive thousands of messages and emails. Below are three I’ve received in the past 24 hours, and the response I’ve given to each. NOTE: I do not include the last name of the sender unless they explicitly request that I do so.

DML, With the missile test yesterday being successful, it gives me a little more sense of security, but do you think it will provoke Kim Jung Un even more? Or deter him? You are so on top of the reporting and your knowledge and intuition are second to none. Thank you for stepping up and starting this new platform. The app came out quickly and was also tweaked in record time. I can’t wait until you are on tv again! I’ll continue to donate as often as I can budget it in our finances, although it’s only been a little at a time. I hope one day soon to be a bigger donor.

DML: Thank you for your support.  As for the successful test, we wouldn’t know the truth either way.  If it were unsuccessful, I am not sure it would have been reported for obvious reasons.  Either way, I don’t want to be playing “defense” against Kim.  We need to go on the offense and get in front of this problem — we need to come together with other nations to remove this nut job from power.  Sooner than later.  That said, I feel no more comfortable today than I did yesterday because although one test worked, there have been others in the past that have failed.

Late last night, Trump attempted to tweet about fake news, but only got mid sentence that ended in “Covfefe…”
I told my wife that I think he got in trouble and had his phone confiscated.  This morning the tweet is deleted and replaced by his tweet teasing Covfefe. I wish I had taken a screen capture. I’m sure somebody out there did.

DML: No better example to provide support to those who want the president to focus on work, and less on Twitter.

Hi DML, Can you help start a petition to have Kathy Griffith prosecuted. They need to make an example out of her. It is absolutely not okay what she did. She needs to be charged for her sick terrorist threat she made to the president.

DML: As much as I hate what she did, and as much as I will rip into her today during the W&T, here is the cold hard fact:  Threats “knowingly and willfully” made against the president, president-elect, vice president or vice president-elect are a class E felony under federal law. That includes any “threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm” upon those officials.   Unfortunately, her picture was “artistic expression” and thus, holding up the head of the president is protected speech. Pathetic.
