I am having a difficult time understanding how Mueller can be allowed to hire so many attorneys at his will.  It is our tax dollars funding these at $1000 an hour.  Is there no check or balance on a special counsel.  And they are mostly Dem supporters. Thank you for all you do. Sharon

DML: The costs / budget for the investigation is submitted and approved, and then the ability to do as he wants and needs, including hiring who he believes will do the best job, is in the hands of Mueller.  It is an ugly, expensive, and painstaking process which you and I have to pay for in more than one way.

Yesterday, a man left what appeared to be suicide note on your Walk & Talk feed.   I want to say the way you handled speaking to that man is why I want you to run for president in the future. In addition to having the best ideas for fixing our problems in America, your mind is filled with common sense and a world of experience.  Your business experience, your life experience, and your heart make you the perfect person for the Oval Office.  Most importantly you have a way with people like I have never seen before in all my 67 years.   You can go from telling jokes to saving lives in a snap.  That alone makes you unique.  We trust you, we love you, we come to you for help, and you never let us down.  It’s amazing how that man Steve came to YOU for his cry out for help.   I am disappointed with President Trump for many reasons and on many levels and I am sadly betting his presidency will equal to nothing much by the time he is done.  I won’t get my new healthcare program nor will the illegal immigrants in my neighborhood go home, but what I did get from his presidency was DML.  For that I am grateful.  Trump’s time in office will set conservatives back for at least a decade.  I know you love to predict things and you are often correct.  Well I am too. I have predicted every election correctly since Reagan.  I believe it will be you DML who will bring us back to greatness.  I am not sure if it’s in 2024 or 2028, but it will be you.  Thank you for taking the time to listen to the man Steve.  I hope he decided to remain with us and not take his life.

DML: The DML audience is much like a family, and so as much as I appreciate your kind words, I think he was reaching out to all of us knowing we as a group would show the love and support he needed.  Thanks for the confidence and support.

Your poll today asked about the influence a father has on his children.  I took your poll, and I thank you for putting it up because it made me think long as hard.  I am 33, and my dad died when I was 7.  I wish I had more time with him — I barely remember what he looks like without having a picture in my hand.  Days like today really hurt.  I guess that means he influenced my life.  I don’t have kids yet.  But I hope to be a great dad you like are.

DML:  I am sorry you lost your dad.  I’m banking on the fact you’ll be a great dad!
