DML: Has the President lost his mind? His constant attack against his AG is really uncalled for. He’s pissed because Sessions recused himself? Is he now blaming him for this continued mess about so-called Russian collusion? He should be angry about Don Jr who met with that Russian lawyer. He should be angry that Don Jr committed sins of omission on his interview with Hannity. He should be angry with Jared. I believe it was all innocent being the political virgins that they are. Trump is totally frustrated at this point but why trash Sessions? Now Tillerson may exit this mess. I still support Trump but I hate his recent behavior. He’s supposed to be a true businessman and exceptional leader. A true leader doesn’t throw his most loyal and trusted supporter under the bus-publicly. What a disgrace!
DML: Our poll today is getting a lot of play. More than 64% of people are upset with Trump’s tweets about Sessions.
Every person with a legal background, including Mayor Rudy G., who is rumored as being considered as a replacement for Sessions, has said Sessions didn’t have much choice but to recuse himself. When an ethics official says he should recuse himself, what more can Sessions do? It’s like Trump not taking the advice of his accountants who allegedly told him not to release his tax returns while under audit.
People cannot forget that many of Trump’s tweets and comments on TV played a major role in leading to the special counsel.
A true leader stands accountable, he does not point fingers. See Reagan, for an example. That said, I support the concept of making America great again, and we try to find all the positive stories we can about the administration. One of the great spots here is the DOJ. Sessions is doing a great job at the DOJ with matters of immediate national interest, such as ridding us of MS-13, killing fraudulent operations in the U.S. that cost taxpayers billions of dollars, and putting scumbags behind bars.
President Trump said – after winning the election – he would NOT pursue Hillary and Bill Clinton. Now, in an attempt to make Sessions quit, he is using Clinton as a tool to slam Sessions. I have never seen anything like it. If you think it’s bad now, this is nothing. This is bound to get worse.
Hi DML, I wrote a couple of emails to you last week asking for help regarding getting the word out to people about the 2018 midterms. Michigan has this guy running for Governor in ’18. We (Michigan) need help in keeping this guy out. His name is Abdul El-Sayed. After years of being groomed by George Soros. He has been hand picked by the Left to be their next “champion” of Hope and Change. He is 32 years old, born in the USA, and an extremely well educated Muslim Doctor in Detroit Michigan. (education funded by Soros)He is handsome, articulate, charismatic and smart. He is sympathetic of the Muslim Brotherhood, and is running for Governor of Michigan, Which is Step 1 in his preparation to run for President of the United States. He has the potential to be Obama #2, but far more openly Muslim. Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed is an American physician, epidemiologist, public health advocate, and politician. In 2020, he will be eligible to run for President! Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren is already campaigning for him. Will you help us DML?
Thanks DML for hearing me out. Sincerely, Michelanne
DML: I really like the spelling of your first name. Very cool.
Seriously, what the hell was Trump thinking when he delivered is speech to the Boy Scouts yesterday. It is a shame the Boy Scouts had to put out a statement. These scouts are kids. Many of them have parents who are Democrats. There should be no politics discussed. He should have been up there talking about America and the great nation it is and the importance of being a scout and THAT IS IT. Kids don’t need to be subjected to the nasty politics he spoke of yesterday. I am a U.S. Marine who served my country proudly. I voted for Trump proudly. Now, I want my vote back. He is disgracing the office of the president. What he is doing to Jeff Sessions is rotten. I thought President Obama was terrible, but Trump is making him look like a class act. It’s pretty scary to think there could be a worse president than Obama.
DML: Thank you for your service, Jack.
DML I want you to know I love what you do. I will stick with you for as long as you are in the news business and report the facts and provide intelligent insight. Please know that no matter what I will defend our president. I don’t care what that news is for the day. I don’t care if he shoots someone on Park Avenue in NYC like he said in his example… I WILL ALWAYS STAND BY TRUMP. I hope you will put this on your website and respond to me.
DML: Your passion is loud and clear. (By the way, it was 5th Ave., not Park Ave., but close enough. LOL.)
President Trump will be on Long Island Friday to discuss efforts to combat MS-13, the gang believed to be behind at least 12 murders on the island. Please attend the conference and push common sense onto the man. It was Sessions who first went to Long Island and spoke about MS-13.
DML: I will look into this — right now, the location is not revealed, but it will be soon and I will go if I can, for sure. You are correct, Sessions did come here to speak about MS-13 and we need to crack down hard on these criminals, which Sessions has been doing well.
