Republican V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai is challenging Senator Elizabeth Warren for her Senate seat, and has called her out for refusing his challenge to take a DNA ancestry test.
Ayyadurai, a Republican originally from Mumbai, India, is using Warren’s unfounded claim that she is of Native American ancestry to his advantage in his race against her, running on the campaign slogan, ““Only a real Indian can defeat the fake Indian.”
Last week, Ayyadurai sent Warren a DNA test kit through Amazon, paid in full, tweeting out, “Celebrate @SenWarren‘s Birthday.DONATE $5 to http://Shiva4Senate.com to support REAL INDIAN vs. FAKE INDIAN DNA Test. My gift: HER DNA kit!”
A few days later, after Warren had rejected the “gift”, Ayyadurai shot out another Twitter post, showing the Amazon refund, and stated, “I’m deeply saddened @SenWarren refused my thoughtful (gift-wrapped) Birthday Gift: the 23&me DNA Test Kit. Most unfortunate! #FakeIndian.“
V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai came to America in 1970, arriving on his 7th birthday, Breitbart reported. At the age of 14, while working at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as a Research Fellow, he created the first electronic mail system, which he called “email” and received a U.S. copyright for his invention on August 30, 1982, officially recognizing him as the inventor of email.
Now Ayyadurai is coming after Elizabeth Warren’s senate seat with hard-hitting challenges.
