Eric Holder blasts Trump, DML rips Holder on Twitter

Former Attorney General Eric Holder blasted President Donald J. Trump for saying that he has the “absolute right” to do what he wants with the Department of Justice, calling the comments “wrong” and “dangerous.”

Holder tweeted: “Wrong/dangerous. Trump doesn’t have absolute rights with DOJ. But women and men there have ABSOLUTE duty to follow Constitution and rule of law — not a man. Career DOJ people have ABSOLUTE right to defy illegal orders. And they will. I know them.”

Trump did not respond to the tweet, but DML had something to say.

DML, who has blasted Holder in the past on Twitter, wrote: “Wrong/dangerous: AG &Obama cover up Fast& Furious. ABSOLUTE guilty is AG held in Contempt Of Congress. ILLEGAL= AG &POTUS letting Hezbollah go free in order 2 arm Iran w/nukes. Wondering if F&F ties 2 IRAN deal, & if terrorists R buying U dinner on NewYearsEve bcause U know them”

DML was referring to the news report last week from Politico that stated the Obama administration told the DEA to step back off its investigations into Hezbollah so that the Iran nuclear deal would not be interrupted.
