Quietly, without any fanfare or publicity, local groups in some communities are taking steps to do what the government won’t – help get homeless people off the streets and turn their lives around.  What these organizations are achieving is inspiring, and America needs to know their stories, because there are still an estimated 500,000 U.S. citizens, veterans and children across the nation who are homeless.

Meanwhile, radical Democrats are blasting the Trump administration because illegal aliens are having to endure crowded conditions, including some who must sleep on the floor, in migrant detention centers.

A newly-released documentary by filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch tackles the homeless crisis in America head-on. The film, titled, “United States of Tents,” takes you on a journey to several homeless camps across the country, and includes interviews with leaders in many communities who are stepping up to address this devastating crisis.

“United States of Tents,” will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, and inspire you with fresh ideas and solutions like nothing you’ve ever seen before. DVDs are now available for purchase, either individually or in bulk.

REVIEWS:

Gregory: Extremely well done, the entire country should see it!

Donna: Wonderful documentary about the homeless situation and what can be done to relieve it. Wonderful to see the successes some communities have implemented to remedy the situation.

Pamela: I agree that everyone in our country should see the film. I watched it last week and can say it was very well done. It tugged on my heartstrings and it showed the neglect of our fellow Americans. There were communities trying to give them a hand up not a handout.

Mary: US of Tents is outstanding! By showcasing many different areas, of the country, Dennis explained how this is far more reaching than people believe.

Amy:  This film will grab you by the heart and force you to see what our country is hiding in plain sight, the devastation of homelessness. Through Dennis Michael Lynch’s expert lens, we meet everyday people from all over the country who are, for a variety reasons, living in tents, their cars and on the streets.  He also explores how some communities are combating this issue through low cost housing and helping them to gain employment. A must see film by an outstanding filmmaker.
