Republican congressional candidate Katie Arrington of South Carolina, who was seriously injured in a car accident on June 22, is back on the campaign trail, with a patriotic red, white & blue cast on her leg – and today her cast has a big, bold signature on it – from the President of the United States.

Political commentator Ryan Fournier posted a photo on Twitter Wednesday evening, writing, “Retweet if you are proud @realDonaldTrump is our President. Today he signed @karringtonsc cast, Love Donald. Give Katie a follow to let her know you are cheering her on in winning her Congressional seat despite all odds and for a speedy recovery.”

On June 22, Arrington was in the passenger seat when the car she was riding in was hit by another car driving the wrong way. The other driver, who was drunk, died at the scene.
