Experts may have finally determined the diagnosis of what’s wrong with Hillary Clinton. And no, it’s not clinical insanity.

Martin Shkreli, an ex-pharmaceutical company executive and former CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, says he believes that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has early onset Parkinson’s Disease.

Shkreli tweeted Sunday, “I’m dead serious. I reviewed a number of videos and I think @HillaryClinton has early onset Parkinson’s Disease.” He discussed his claims several hours later via Periscope.

Citing his “15 year background in drug discovery and pharmaceuticals,” Shkreli asserts that the video clips of Hillary’s strange facial movements and her impending difficulties with walking are “pretty unmistakable signs of Parkinson’s disease.” This may attribute to her “short circuited” behavior.

In terms of Hillary’s walking difficulties,Shkreli says that this is a “cardinal symptom of Parkinson’s disease” known as “freezing gait”.  Shkreli emphasizes the fact the he is non-partisan and has given more money to Democrats than Republicans.

Here is a video highlighting Hillary recently erratic behaviorisms on the campaign trail.
