ENGLAND — A man is believed to have fallen to his death a day after becoming “clear” of cancer.
Adam Fenton, 32, from Newquay, Cornwall, was found dead at Towan Beach on July 28. Fenton was celebrating initial reports of his recovery after six months of chemotherapy to treat blood cancer.
Family and friends are said to be in complete shock and left “numb,” the whole situation is unfathomable for them.
Fenton’s partner, Carly Blackman, set up a fundraising page that has already raised more than $1,30o dollars.
Fenton, described as an “amazing, loving man,” was with his partner Carly for eight years and due to be married next year.
Authorities said the death is being treated as unexplained, and their inquiries continue. Fenton leaves behind Carly, his two daughters, and a step-daughter.
