The FBI will reportedly investigate former Playboy model and Baywatch TV star Pamela Anderson regarding her relationship with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.
Anderson, 50, is expected to be questioned about her visits to Assange who has been living in the Ecuadorean Embassy in London since 2012 after being accused in Sweden of rape and sexual assault by two women.
According to the Daily Mail, “Assange feared that if he went to Sweden to defend himself he would be extradited to America where he is wanted over Wikileaks’ releases of US military documents. Sweden dropped the sex charges last year.”
Assange, 46, tweeted on Thursday, “The FBI has a new target: Pamela Anderson.”
After illegally trying to frame me in 2011, for which it was booted out of Iceland, the FBI has a new target: Pamela Anderson. Radar, please note that my asylum relates to US persecution, that I won at the UN twice, and was never charged by Sweden, ever https://t.co/xKD0XqG5Vk

Anderson tweeted about the purported investigation, writing, “I don’t mind being probed @FBI as long as it isn’t by Gina Haspel.” Haspel has been nominated by President Donald Trump to be the next CIA director.

According to Anderson, she ‘loves’ Assange, but not romantically.
“He’s very brave and there’s nothing sexier than courage. I love him but I have a romantic partner,” she said. Anderson is dating French soccer player Adil Rami, 32.
