Jorge Jove, 64, of Hialeah, Florida, was arrested on Wednesday after he opened fire on two AT&T trucks parked outside his home.
Cellphone footage taken by AT&T technician Derrick Taylor shows the former Miami-Dade firefighter shooting at both vehicles’ tires and engines.
Hialeah Police Detective Carl Zogby said Jove “was upset the trucks were parked in front of his driveway.”
In the video, Taylor can be heard calling police as Jove shoots at the trucks, stopping periodically to reload his Ruger .357 revolver.
According to an affidavit, Jove doesn’t have a concealed weapons permit. Officials responding to the call confiscated his gun.
Jove was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and felony vandalism. However, he was released from jail on Thursday after posting $30,000 bond.
